Stategy In Motion LLC is a Missouri-based real estate investment company. We focus on working with banks and hedge funds to purchase pools of non-performing/distressed mortgage notes and properties. We primarily invest in non-performing and performing residential and commercial 1st liens and are actively buying in most major markets.

Whenever possible we work with current homeowners to help get them back on their feet and back on track with their mortgages.

As a real estate investor and former real estate agent, I have a passion for finding investment opportunities that can bring more value to communities and change lives for the better— whether that means helping someone stay in their home, rehabbing a neglected property and transforming a neighborhood— to working with investors on bettering their financial lives.

With a background in project management, I love working through all the details it takes to complete projects. I work with a great team of vendors to help manage and complete every investment as timely and smoothly as possible.
